Aston Martin Valkyrie will be priced at $2.6 million. It has impressive features that won’t match a Formula One car but is sure to be satisfying its customers with the probability of creating their perfect hyper car. This is what has been said to the Bloomberg by the brand. Aston Martin chief creative officer Marek Reichman while speaking to the publication at a viewing and customer fitting event confirmed that 150 lucky buyers will have the choice to select their perfect paint and the other materials used in seats, headliner, dashboard and trim.
Customers would be able to select their choice of reflectivity of the body panels which include the wheels as well. The updated Aston Martin Valkyrie has new openings in the body between the cockpit and the wheels arches on the front. It has lightweight headlights which are inspired by the Formula One. There is a chemical etched aluminum badge which is just 70 microns thick to get rid of the heavy weigh logo. The car draws inspiration even on the steering wheels which are detachable. The steering wheel has an OLED display that gives all the necessary information.
Reichman said that a customer would get a 1 to 8 model in the colors they choose. There is a huge possibility of customization. One customer can easily get ten different versions of the same color in Aston Martin Valkyrie. The driver and the passenger seat is made to be custom fitted which owes to the precise laser movements. The seats are just cushions attached to the carbon fiber monocoque which is similar to Lamborghini Sesto Elemento. VIP sales manager of Aston Martin, Mark Gauntlett says that he has been surprised to see how spacious the Valkyrie is. It has a naturally aspirated V12 engine that delivers over 1000 horsepower. It is also made to produce more downforce more than any production car made ever. Customers would get it in hand in 2019.
